New ISB Blocks Made in the USA?

I picked up my new block today. It came from Tennesee, with a date of 31-Jan-08 Origin -- US. Do they make the blocks their now?. I thought they were out of Brazil and/or Mexico.

Non the less, it looks great. A little indimidated by the parts box tha came with it. Same with the lower gasket/seal kit I purchased with it. Not quite sure where all of them go yet. My tech manual doesn't go into that kind of detail.

Can't wait to get it built.

I went through a local Cummins parts and Semi truck dealer. Gave them my serial # and explained that I was unable to get anybody to rebuild my engine with a guarantee with a 53 block casting. I did tell him that I heard that Cummins was offering some sort of discount replacement. Told me he would call me back. 15 minutes later made me a deal I couldn't refuse.
The thing is brand spanking new according to the box and what the parts guy said.
