I just got a Perry Built rear HD replacement bumper put onto my truck today and it has a Class IV hitch bolted/welded onto the bumper. My question is, how does the 1000lb tongue weight and 10000lb total weight max on the hitch compare to my stock "tow package" hitch?

 

I think there is a sticker on the stock on that say 500/5000 with out weight disturbing hitch. 1000/10000 with weight disturbing hitch.

Thats what my stock hitch say on it.
