So I'm ready to do the 2095 rack plug mod except one problem.....I don't have it lol question is there anyone who modded the original? I was thinking pulling the original and either machining the inside out deeper providing there's enuf material or building a 2-3mm spacer to put over the threads and thus stepping it out. I know I should just by one cause theyr cheap but the problem is delivery. no shop in town has a clue of what I'm talking about and I am in the position to do it tonite. so any thots? Has anyone got these at like a big rig shop like kenworth etc and if yes is there a part number? That would b my only other option.....thanks

 

Not enough material to remove from the cap. Spacing it out off the front will not hold the rack guide in place, and could potentially bind it.

You could try to add a washer on the stock plug. You might get slightly more rack travel.

I would also get a 4k gsk kit as well. Probably one of the best mods for the P7100 pump engine.

 

I think ill just do the right thing on this one lol
4k is installed....one of my first and favor mods contemplating a 5k now
