I bought it used, I'm 3rd owner. I was puzzled by the #'s I got. I guess its very possible its got injectors, I've never pulled the valvecover. I was under the impression it was stock when I purchased it, but anythings possible I suppose. It has a reman pump in it too. that was done before I got it.

Its a 5spd, no auto. run in 4th (1:1). 242 with stock electronics, 262 with #9 Smarty (borrowed) tires could have been slipping?!?! I had my 285s on which I personally siped the heck out of this fall, had to use those because my 35's have studs.


I better pull the cover and confirm whats going on under there. Because 242 with just injectors sounds fine, but should have got more than 20hp adding the Smarty on #9 with the injectors?
