Moog/Spicer?

Called my local Napa today to see if he had a Moog trac bar in stock, looked it up and said he has 2 different ones. Ones a cheapo, and the other is a Spicer built sold as Moog?. anyone know of this? spicer building Moog parts. Just curious.
