I was just looking at an advertisement on micro tuners for Cummins diesels. Would this be something to spend money on or a waste of time with my mods?

if your just lookin for power youd probably do better with somethin like a Comp or Powermax3, they offer alot more power than the microtuners. however, alot of the microtuners will allow you to diagnose engine codes, change shift points, and reset your speedo for bigger tires

If you are talking about the Superchips Tuner, then what quantrill88 said. I have the Superchips tuner and if you are looking for power only don't look here. There is someone on this site that stacked it with an EZ and put it on a dyno and only seen 32 Hp at the wheels. I am not sure how it does by itself on the dyno.

Thanks for the words of wisdom. I am looking for more power. Any 20-30 hp at the rear would be worth it. Also I will be punching the wire on my EZ comp this weekend.
