LP's...Holley Red, Blue, Black...???
It could be days, months, years before it dies. Who knows. I would definately get it a statement from dodge saying that if it dies within X amount of time, they cover it under warranty. Dodge knows the problem with these pumps. Don't let them screw you over.
Do you think the pressure I am seeing is a result of the IP pulling the fuel through? When I bumped the starter and left the key on, I had 0 pressure. I would think that if the LP was doing anything it would show up then also.
Any one have any thoughts on the Summit brand fuel pump...140 gph, 18 psi?
Thanks for all the help yous guys.

That should be just as good, if not better than the Holley blue. It even looks like it might be a relabeled Holley black?
Some of you have the colors confused. Holley blue is 14 psi, red is 7psi.
Moroso also sells a spring to get more pressure out of the Holley blue.

Well I got the Blue in today but unfortunatly I don't have my steering column mount for my Dakota Digital gauge so I hooked up a spare boost gauge I had lying around just to get an idea on pressure. At idle I'm getting 12-13psi, I don't have a long enough hose to run into the cab so no WOT numbers yet. The truck does seem to pull alot harder and smoother but I'd like to get the pressure up a smidge.....any suggestions on the spring stretch? I would tinker with it but where I have it mounted (stock location) it's a real PITA to get to the screw so I'd like to do it once and be done with it.

Also just curious, why did you mount in the stock location? Seeing as you are from AK, I may know the answer!
