Hey guys, I just got my truck not too long ago, and according to the seller, it has a small air leak into the fuel lines, causing the engine to act fine until around 35-45mph, where it starts to act up. It's got 330 injectors #8 fuel plate, and a rebuilt/tweaked fuel pump. I plan to really build this truck up, and set a goal of about 500rwhp and 1200ft/lbs torque.

Instead of trying to find a leak, I want to just go ahead and put what I need into it to make sure it will get all the fuel it can burn (and then some ) with my future goal in mind.

Could I get some suggestions on what products I should be looking at?

I would recommend that you fix the leak and THEN see if that is the source of your engine issues!

 

I agree, since you have a 12v your fuel system should not limit you at 500hp... Just finding the leak should fix your problem.
