Looking for some direction here.

Ok, I ordered my parts the other day. Got Guages, #10 plate, AFC spring kit, KDP kit and 4000 gsk with springs. I know a person should install the guages first but after that is there a certain order that I should be installing these ? And I hear that moving the fuel plate a little makes a big difference. Where do I start with the plate as far as full forward or rearward or what ? Looking for some direction here. Thanks.

KDP kit asap, then gauges, then the rest of it IMHO. when you put your #10 plate in slide it as far rearwards as possible, if your not satisfied (im sure you will be) slide your plate forward.

I agree mostly with bariley, except I would put the plate in the factory position to start then go from there.
