i would not do a home made switch, mine just messed up and my TC would not unlock at all... i had to rip everything out, it sucked. I even wired it how TST products recommeded. i would not recommed doing this.

 

So what changed between this post and your previous post where you are singing the praises of having this switch????? There are many others out there working very well, including mine. BTW, I shift mine locked all the time with no issues and I do that pulling my TT also. I don't know if you can do that with a stock valve body but mine I can.

 

well because i loved how it work and and it work just fine, then it went all crazy on me and just started shifting and locked up once it shifted into second, and i would be going like 25 and it would be in 3rd or 4th gear locked up and it would bogg my truck down to like 400 RPM's

 

Hmm? That seems rather strange. Since it worked just fine for at least some period of time, could something have gone awry with the install after the fact?

If you send me a PM I will attempt to help you troubleshoot it if you want to try getting it working again. Not an expert by any means but I managed to get mine working.
