Lift pump flow rate

so i'm gonna order a raptor fuel pump and i was looking to see if everyone had he same price and i stumbled across a deal and they had a foot note that stated "for stock to slightly modified truck, we recommend the 100gpm not the 150gpm" at what point do you cross that line and need the 150gpm?
i was gonna get the 150 anyway simply becuase it leave room for growth but what point HP wise do you need the extra 50gpm??

Stock pump minium GPM is 3/4 gall at 1 minute. Most stock pumps will handle up to 290hp

First off, I think it is GPH not GPM. 100 gallons per minute is insane. Even at GPH, either one will be fine for any truck imaginable, I think. Your bypass will be flowing 90% of that fuel anyway.

I use the under 500 Hp rule for the 100GPH and over 500HP the 150GPH.

I know Pureflow states the 100 will handle upwards of 600HP. But those guys going over 500 never seem to stop.
