Personally, I think I would get the 150 as the price is essentially the same. I have an Airdog 100 on my truck though, and it has no problem holding pressure...
Not sure if you have done anything to your tranny yet, but if you haven't, you will want to start saving for that before you get too far along in the bombing game or you will be very sorry. If you have a stock tranny, I would suggest the Smarty before the TST myself. Good luck with your bombs, just be aware that it is very addictive...

I am not too familiar with the TST, but the smarty on a second gen is limited to around 65hp.

The TST will put down more power than the Smarty yes, pretty much double the HP. The TST is a wire tapping fueling box (no timing). Personally with a stock tranny and fairly stock truck..I would get the Smarty first IMO. They are fun little programmers to have. And now that it's getting cooler out high idle is going to be a plus. Is this truck just your bombin' around, daily driver truck? By the time you get all this fueling added, you'll be needing to upgrade turbo. 150 sticks can be daily driven, just a little dirtier than 100's.

IMO, I would go with the 150 gph fuel system. Havin it ready for your future power will be much better then having to upgrade later.
As for air, I think something like a HTT or Super Phat Shaft 62/71/14, or BD Super B special 64/71/14 would be a good turb with that stack and 100 or 150 sticks.
By then you will really need a built trans and prob head studs as well though
