Leaking fuel return line/fitting
Just got done with the first test drive. fuel dripping from tank. got up in there and pretty sure it is the return line leaking. installed a DSV, doubt that is what is leaking. Are those factory lines easy to start to leak after removing? i cant just pull it off so i know it "clicked"...any ideas?

If it is my return Line fitting that is leaking, is there anything wrong with cutting the line and using rubber hose to go from there to top of tank and secure with a hose clamp??? Eliminates that stupid fitting.

That would work but they also sell a kit to repair. Stealerships stock them but more money
Most likely the o-ring got damaged http://www.summitracing.com/search/D...e-Repair-Kits/ |
Is the factory fuel line 3/8"? The steel lines?

Return is 5/16, supply is 3/8. Remove and check if oring is still there. Make sure plastic nipple didn't crack. You will need to remove suppy to get in to remove return
