i hadn't considered new springs, but if i dont like the way it rides i just may do that. mine needs to be aligned anyway and for about $120 i can get a lifetime alignment which more than paid for itself on my wifes cherokee. i guess i'll just have to try it first to see what a big pain it is. thanks all!!
