this is just about a wire

i was reading a topic and they started talking about a wire that you could cut to get lots of black smoke is this true or is it to good to be true and if there is a wire were is it and how hard i drive a 2000 ho 2500

OverFueled<br>[/quote]<br><br>But, as your name suggests, you have to have the fuel to make the smoke and the power.<br><br>Just cutting a wire, with stock levels of fuel going in isn't going to do much.<br>If anything, it will rob power by not burning the fuel as thoroughly to make the smoke.<br><br>The only thing I can think of is disconnecting the MAP sensor, tricking the computer somehow.<br><br><br>phox

DO NOT DISCONNECT THE MAP SENSOR!!! I did that on my truck and it was a dog. Lost all power. Went into limp mode. Check Engine Light came on. Threw a couple of codes. Not fun.
