The nozzles are just the tips of the injector and you put them on your injector body.
The injectors, well thats just it, the whole injector.

I went with just nozzles and am happy. At first I had a lopey idle but after some miles and installing the XZT+, it went away. To prevent the lopey idle you probably need to get them pop tested once you put the nozzles on your body or you could just buy some already done and slap'em in. My injectors had @150K when I did the upgrade and still haven't had to get them pop tested.

The difference is that if you buy the full injector, you just pull your current injectors and swap the new ones in.

If you just get nozzles, you'll need another set of injectors to install the nozzles onto, or you'll have to pull your current injectors and replace all the nozzles before re-installing. And if you do nozzles, it's a good idea to have them calibrated to make sure they are all opening in the same pressure range.
