Is the south bend the strongest replacement clutch on the market?

Were you having probs with your old clutch and did this fix it? How much did you pay for it?

I've been in trucks with pulling clutches, and while they may be capable of holding more force (I don't know for sure), they are of the &quot;on-off&quot; variety, and undrivable in normal circumstances. My opinion: There is not a better replacement clutch for street and strip applications.<br><br>Rod

I just had my Southbend mu 2001 con fe clutch installed at Black Mountain Diesel. I will say this, the clutch grabs a lot better than the stocker ever did. Can't wait to get it broken in and seated so I can pour the coals to it.

 

what did it cost to install?
