injectors 300's, 330's, or370's??
was thinking of upgrading to a bigger set of injectors, but not sure what to go with. I do alot of pulling so I don't really know if the 370's would be too much or not. I plan on going to at least a hybrid HX/35-40 in the near future, but not until the clutch & injectors, could I run a set of 370's & just slide my plate back a bit or should I try something a little milder for the time being?? I want a nice cloud of smoke & plenty of getup on the bottom end, but would like to be able to clear things up on the upper end to at least a slight haze, never minded smoke down low, but it seems like now to get the power I want down low I have to slide my plate a little too far forward & then I end up getting the smoke I don't want on the top side. I was just wondering if I could cure some of this with a set of injectors to give me more on the low end, but w/out having the plate slid too far forward & causing the smoke/heat up high?? is this theory crazy or is it possible to make this work? Thanks alot, Dusty
Nope...it will work. You'll need to slide the plate to adjust top end smoke and heat.
When I had the 300's and the #10 (no DV's) and a stock turbo, it would clean up to ust a haze at WOT. You have more fuel than I do, but the hybrid should do even better.
I can make you a heck of a deal on 300's! Even a set of rebuilds if you want them rebuilt! PM me for details!
