yes, there is a difference in brand of injectors. IMO, this isn't something you'd want to skimp on. Mach1 or DDP. Check out the two listings in the classifides section.

 

If its a 24v, I'd look at a set of RV275 injectors. $300, half the price of DDP or F1. If a 12v, you can look at SDX or some 300 or 370 injectors. Again, half the price of DDP, F1 isn't in the 12v game anymore. You could also look at CPP's 7 hole sac nozzles.
