Ok, its been about 3 years since I did injectors. Im pulling my 370's to try out some ddp 4's. that I got today. Do I have to change the washers? Are they different thicknesses? It seems like I didnt when I put the 370's in but it was awhile ago.

school me like Im a newbie please.

I don't know what the DDP injectors require (did they not come with them?) however I use the thinnest ones (approx .023") for both my 370s and the stock 215s.

Don't automatically assume thin washers, or thick ones for that matter, are what you need. The depth of the injector tip into the cylinder determines the radius of the spray pattern. The washer thickness adjusts this, not all injectors need the same thickness washer and it's impossible to figure it out on your own.
The only way to determine the washer thickness for your particular injector is to ask the vender or manufacturer.

Ofcourse I had to go through about 18 pages....but for future reference, thins are suppose to be 020- and middles are 040-050 and thicks are in the 090 range. The thickness of the washer sets the depth of the injector to the bowl in the piston in regards to spray pattern of your injector, so call who ever made them cause they will know what depth it should be at for the spray pattern hey designed.

Now I gotta make a call.

oh yea, wire brush/ q tips and dab of grease was mentioned as helpful for cleaning and installing, and of course the lug nut removal system for stuck injectors.

HTH.
