I had them and now I don't. I had them in for a little over a year. The truck dropped a cylinder so took the injectors in to have them tested and sure enough one was stuck and the other 5 had horrible spray patterns and atomazation. So far no reply to messages sent.

Built for a customer, a 215 pump with taper cut dv's, 4000gsk, #10, stg3 twins, cam and stg 3 inj's, which dyno'd at SoCal's event 611hp on it's 5th dyno run in hot weather. Couldn't get a reading on the 1st four runs, due to driver and dyno operator errors. Was still good enough for highest hp on #2 for the event.

Not bad at all. They were designed for the guys that don't like too much bottom end smoke.

thanks for the info... i think im stickin with the 181s and ddp4's so if i do decide to go bigger, i can just swap dv's for more fuel. ive never came accross tapered dv's but im going to check them out for future reference.

im going with a stock hx35 56mm compressor i think 12cm housing and drilling the wastegate as big as it can go without making the walls too thin (40mm ish). i will eventually upgrade to a 16cm wastegated housing when money permits. then im fabricating my own hotpipe into a ht3b with a 26cm housing, no wastegate, i believe that compressor wheel is 76mm.

Drill both side of the turbine volute. Do some massaging of the wastegate inlet, blend and smooth out those areas. What size is the turbine outlet? 3 1/2in helps, its been awhile since I've work on one. 40mm, that pretty good size. I think you might be limited to how far you can open it up. I would guess around 34mm. The holset 35/40 seems to choke-up in twins and openning the wastegate will help. I put in a garrett 3782R, the choking up is almost gone. You'll see what I mean, we you get in some road miles. The 16cm housing will help to solve this problem some. You might have to put you're wastegate to 20 to 26 psi on the holset. How long is the lever on the wastegate? You might want to go to a longer length, as this will open it up faster and lite the BTH-3B up good. A s400 goes in easier than the 3b, less bends on the air tubes from the secondary to the primary. Use 3 1/2in tubes for the air tubes. I'm using a 3in for my hot downpipe. You have any pictures of how you're welding up the hot pipe? There are a few secerts there as well. A water jet or plasma cutting table will allow you to build nice turbine flanges.

For $400 to $500 dollars you can send you pump in and have the output bumped up a bit. It makes alot more difference than DV's and doesn't make it a smokey mess. My 887 made over 700 with 181's and daily drives fine with twins. Bite the bullet, bump the pump.
