Increas H.P. and Economy any one tried this?

I found this on the web a while ago,like to see what everyone thinks?

I'm assuming he wants to know what kind of performance parts he can get, that will increase power, but as well as fuel economy?

we put in a set of PDR 370's, htb2 62, and bigger dvs and bigger holders, and fuel economy went up by a good bit when driving carefully!

before 6.6 km/l
now 8 km/l
