I need help

Me and a buddy switched injectors today in our trucks. We both got done with the install and number 6 was leaking really bad. It was like a pressurized leak right when you started it and it would just continue to leak. It would also smoke white very bad at an idle. It seemed to drive like normal and it wasn't missing. So i tried all sorts of stuff with the return line bolts, the injector collar, and the injector line. Finally I just decided to put my stockers in thinking that it would fix it cause all I could think of was a bad injector even though they worked great an hour before. I still have problem. Does anybody have any idea on what I could have done or what could be the problem?

Did you leave a washer out, or one of the stock washers in accidentally? Where is the leak coming from?

pull the injectors and clean the holes very well with carb or brake cleaner and a if you can find a brush like this is great. It was for use by hand but I cut the handle off and put it in my drill, works great. then blow every thing out that you can, let it set for a few mins to let the cleaner evaporate. Make sure to use NEW washers.

I like the brush idea, but wont' that just send any accumulated junk down into the cylinder?

If you are leaking ouf of the return line, replace the crush washer. If you are leaking out of the hi pressure line, undo the nut and take a piece of paper towel and wipe both the taper on the line and the seat on the injector.
