It's not the standing starts that thrill me. I dont race anyone but I would say that just with the mild mods I have done, if I'm in 3rd gear and someone wants to get by me I could stop them or give them a heck of a time trying. Because a quick roll of the throttle (you cant stab the pedal on these engines) in 3rd will give me one heck of a pull all the way to 5th and by then your moving out! And they tow great too.
