Help!! High govener pressure and stack shifts

I have know idea what to do now. My truck is stack shifting and I hit 3rd gear by the time I am doing 25 under light throttle. It should be shifting around 1800 rpm's but it is shifting at 1250 or so under light throttle. I have the tv cable udjusted for maximum pressure, line pressure is 90 psi with my foot on the brake and the trans in gear. When I am driving 20 mph my govener pressure is right about 60 psi. I have replaced my CKP sensor (for another problem I was having), all the electronics in the valve body, and the PCM on the firewall. I am getting 12.5 volts to the 8 wire connector on the trans and the resistance in all of the wires are good. I also checked the OSS sensor and found it was 665 ohms. Everything seems to be working like it should but I cannot for the life of me figure out what to do next. Does anyone know if the fuel injection computer could cause this problem? From what I see the only thing it has to do with the trans is it supplies voltage to one side of the trans control relay, but if that was bad then I assume it should go into limp mode. I am also throwing fuel calibration codes P0602 and P1963. Any ideas would be a great help. Thanks.

my 2002 was shifting back an forth at 45 mph, I called the guy that rebuilt my trans and he told me to clean the battery terminals and run a ground to the back of the alternator from the closest battery, I did what he told me and have not had any problem since.

I think you should put the TV cable back where it belongs. If you want high line pressure put in a shift kit and bump up the line pressure that way. The TV will give you stacked shifts, make sure that the cable and arm did not fall off.

I need the tv cable there for max pressure. I have a DTT trans and my pressures are all good except for govener pressure. Do my mods appear when I make a post?
