Re:headlight bulbs for 03

I asked the same question some time ago and nobody seemed to know of a better light bulb. In a few days will be ordering the Light Force lights and plan on installing them where the fog lamps go. These lights are user focused so hopefully I can focus them to use in lieu of the lousy low beams I have on my truck.

Re:headlight bulbs for 03

I got a message from a member saying he put in a pair of PIAA bulbs. they are brighter but he didnt feel they were worth the money. Wishes they came with a rebate like the sylvania bulbs.
I've done some researching on my own. there are some other brands of bulbs - Nokya, Polarg and Raybrig. They are listed from cheaper to most expensive/best quality. coolbulbs.com sells these three but not in the 9007 we need for the 03 trucks. The Nokya draw aobyt twice the power to get the increased brightness whereas the Raybrigs use higher quality componets/gas in the bulb to achieve their brightness with same power draw as the sock units. They are twice the cost of the cheaper Nokya bulbs. They do warn you on the webiste that the chaper Nokya brand could overload and melt your wiring if used on brights for an extended amount of time. i like the Raybrigs but I'll have to wait till they come out with the 9007 bulbs.

Lightforce in the foglight holes - nowthats an idea. the only size i saw at their website was 9 inch though. Dothey make a smaller 5 or 6 inch light that will fit withought cutting ?
