Head studs

Whats the difference between the 12v and 24v head studs?

I may be able to get a set of 24v cheep for my 12v if I can make them fit.

Not gonna happen. You need the 12v head studs for a 12v, if they were the same thing they would have the same part number.

24v studs are pretty much all the same length (6 are about 1/4" longer than the rest), 12v have 3 very distinct lengths, from about 4 inches to about 8".
