It is pretty much the setup that is on my truck? If not exactly can you give figures on what each one gained. Also what does everyone truck weigh i know on the door it says 8800lbs, but that is loaded with 6 passangers.

The truck is an H.O. 6-speed
Here is the setup:
1. AFE intake
2.FASS "i know it wont gain any hp"
3. Edge EZ
4.Removed Muffler

Also how much boost are you running and what are your temps?

 

My truck ran 214hp with 4" exhaust and BHAF. I put an EZ on without the boost elbow and dyno'd 245hp. I *assume* I would have gotten another 25-30 hp with the boost elbow, but no proof. Since I didn't have the boost elbow, my wastegate still kept me around 23# boost.

 

With my setup I dynoed at 266 hp/632TQ.

 

mods: EZ(elbow installed), BHAF, 5" straight pipe, FASS

dyno numbers: 260 rwhp and 668 lb-ft

I think I got a bit more in it now though...

my truck would get to 31 psi with the EZ.... the only thing the boost elbow really does is keep your EGT's in check... the fueling map on the EZ doesn't add fuel past 'stock' boost levels...

you will see minimal differences in peak output if any by using the elbow but your truck will run cooler as far as EGT's are concerned.
