gethoned 2nd gen nozzles

Anybody ever sent there nozzles to them to get done for a 2nd gen 24 valve? Just looking for some feed back, I was thinking about giving them a try.

Most shops that are actually in the diesel business that do honing, usually want to do new ones. This is because older/used and dirty tips wear out the media and dirty it up much faster.

If you go to someone that just does honing, you're going to be buying from a vendor that will never be able to diagnose/help you with a problem down the road. It might be cheaper to do so in the short term, but in the long run, it will likely be better to go to a vendor that's actually in the business of making power rather than honing parts.

I was just curious if anyone tried them, some of the 3rd gen guys give them positive feed back. I wanted to see if they were/or performed like jammer nozzles.

For your truck, the stock nozzles are 7 holes. The Jammer nozzles are 8 holes, which leads to more power with less smoke - better plume distribution.
