I have a 98.5 24 valve with a edge juice with attitude and a raptor 150 pump. It seems like the fueling dies off after about 2200 rpms. Should i do injector nozzles or smarty programmer first? If nozzles how big?

 

How much power do you want to make?

 

Check your egt setting for the juices backdown program?

 

Also, is the pump tapped?

 

Im eventually looking for around 500 hp but for now its one mod at time. My pump is set at 18psi at idle and will drop to 14 under full load with edge maxed out. The edge alone just isnt enough. It pulls great until about 2200 then just plains out. I want nozzles and smarty but dont know which one first?

 

But is the vp tapped? Personally I would go with injectors before another programer, and if you have your settings too low the edge will defuel after a certain why or boost level. On mine with hot unlock it pulls hard up to about 3k but never really falls on its face, you may want to play with edge and see what happens.......

First make sure the VP is indeed tapped, and tapped correctly. Something doesn't seem right, the Edge's (non drag or comp versions) should fuel to 2800 I believe.
