Fuel cut out

Fuel cut out
I just had my tranny built so i can really get on it now. The problem is when I have the smarty in and my juice on 6 it goes like crazy but like over half throttle i gets like a fuel cut out like stock fueling until I let off a little then its nuts again. On 5 it fine it never cuts out it just pulls 
. Does anyone know whats up here it kinda sux only having 5 cuz it does fuel past 2700. I also tried shutting the backdown off doesnt help. Thanks,
