FP guage hook up

FP guage hook up
I noticed on the top of my filter housing there are two 1/4"NPT plugs on top. Can i use one of these for my guage?
I know about the banjo fittings but i don't have them and would like to install the guage this weekend.

never mind i just talked to Ben @ Genos garage and he told me to just use the plugged hole on top of the filter closest to the center for the hook up.
