those numbers sound about right. Can you turn the boost up at all (adjust wastegate) or is 40 all you could get out of it? I would think your boost would be higher. Ofcourse, I don't see studs or o-rings in your sig. so I'm guessing thats why its so low I bet if you could turn it up, you'd see a little more power and slightly lower egt's.

I was thinking about it, is there an absolute safe boost number? If I just did studs how much does it help? It would be nice to see a little lower egt's...

I'm in the same boat on weather or not to do studs. I'm seeing about 42psi now, would love to crank it up to 48 or so but don't want an oily mess under the hood. Plus not having studs is like a limit for me. If I do studs theirs nothing holding me back from bigger injectors, better clutch, twins etc. etc. as I fall down that slippery slope

I did 40-42psi on my 62/12 for a year or so then went and did studs and BD twins and killed the HG. I think beating on it so hard with the 62 took it's toll on it though. It was missing a bit under boost and the gasket was blown between cylinders.
