Look at some of the vendors on this site. There are alot of them that carry the system. You could also look at your local dodge dealer, that is where I got mine. I am not sure all dealers carry them though. If you are going to get the filter kit along with in the system should cost around 600. As far as the difference between the FASS and FASSll systems.

FASS II is an easy bolt on and runs $350 to $400. On your truck, the 95 gpm pump should be plenty. Mine whines pretty loud...others don't. I put some vibration pad under part of my installation and it helped quiet a bit. FP is definatly not a problem. 16 idle, 15.5 cruise and 14 WOT.

Also, be sure to add the larger line and fitting "kit" between the filter and the VP 44. You can rig it with parts from NAPA or order from one of the DTR vendors.

The FASS systems come with new fuel lines also so you don't have to worry about the lines being to small.

.....on a previous post, I saw something about the in-tank fuel pumps being rated at 1.33 liters/25 sec. as the minimum flow rate required...

....that translates to 50.59 gph, so the FAS II at 95 gph easily exceeds the DC mandated minimum....

The FASS comes with 3/8" lines...as Farmer Dave said. These are plenty.
But as Crobtex said...that's only from the tank to the pump to the fuel filter canister, on the FASS II. You will want to run 3/8" all the way to the Injector Pump for best performance. FASS has a kit for this.

FASS I, with fuel filter/H2O Separator, comes with enough line to run all the way to the IP...bypassing the Dodge Fuel filter. Most members just remove that.

F.A.S.S. II

After recently installing gauges on my Truck, The fuel pressure issue has "Come to Light", I only have 37,000 on my truck, had it about 2 Months, previously drove a 97 CTD for 150,000K. My fuel pressure is:

14-15 Idle
11-Cruising
3-5 WOT dead stop
6-8 WOT cruising

I have no desire to take it dealership for "IN TANK" conversion/testing/BS with dealership, from what I have read. I am planning on changing Fuel Filter this weekend, but I am researching alternates.

I am interested in the F.A.S.S. II-Pump only

Is this a direct replacement of the Factory Lifter Pump?
OR more of a additional pump added to frame at the Fuel Tank?
Does the Factory Lifter Pump have a PRE-SCREEN anywhere like the 12V did?

Anyone have any experience with this. I am not wanting to go with the expense/hassle of the F.A.S.S. I, but could be a last resort to ease my peace of mind.

torque6, infidel told me in another post that there was no need for a fass on a 12v,until you reach 600 to 700hp. also you do not have a vp44 on your 12v.

Yes...The FASS II replaces the Dodge Lift Pump...but, obviously, you need to keep the filter canister.
