Exhaust Stacks

I am looking to put stacks on my truck(In my sig), but I did not want to go traditional,i wanted to run the stacks to the out side of the bed side and up. Mostly what I am looking for is pictures of dodges with stacks like this, like the underside where the tubing is routed and then a picture of how they look.
I figured I am gonna buy my stacks off Ebay,I can get 2 5" x 60" stacks for $160,and go to the semi shop near me and by all my tubing and elbows an just tig weld the whole thing together .I was also wonder does any of the exhaust manufactures sell a down pipe that is 5" in diameter so I don't have to step from 3"-5"?

Thanks
Jeff

its more trouble then it's worth IMHO your looking at a major problem with the location of your gas tank

I already hyave it worked out with the fuel tank,I have seen one ram with stacks on the outside and i like how they look better then inside the bed.Plus I need the full lenght of my bed for hauling materials,so it wouldn't work inside the bed I don't want to be burining drywall.

well heck, just relocate the bed, few now mounts and slide it back to make room for the stacks between bed and cab.............. but if ya do go outside with the stacks might as well hang on a nice bhaf mount outside the front fender to give the full look.

I did have a thought in the back of my mind about just moving the bed back some(<seen it done before),but i would still have to run a pipe over the fuel tank.

Well to each his own. I dont like the look of them in the bed of the truck, and you dont like the look of them on the outside of the box so I guess we are even. And even if i dont like the look of them I can remove just the stacks and run some massive tips out the sides in front of the tires.

Well right now the stock exhaust is about to fall off,And I would love stacks.Would it be possible to move the bed back about 6 inches or so,so i could run them between the bed and cab?I don't want the stacks coming through the bed,i would like to make it easy to work with when i convert the truck to a flat bed in a few years and run the stacks like BlackDiesel.

The other delema is that I have a Leer cap for the bed and i dont think it would look rigth with the stacks coming throught the cap and i dont think the cap would take to the heat well.
