nkennedy, is that $711 evidently for the Jacob's brake? How has that worked for you? When you say "easy to install"; about how long for a non-mechanic? It looks like the drawback to the BD is I'll have to have a mechanic install it and it will cost another $500 or so besides the brake itself.

I have a stock 01, 6speed. Can all these brakes be installed on it as is, or do I have to have a new, larger exhaust system also?

 

I'm looking for a used BD exhaust brake that will fit a stock 2001 2500. Anyone know where I can get one, or where to look?
