Edm injectors
I don't know if you could go much past a mach 2's and a PM3 with a Con OFE. The EDM's make a lot of low end power that could slip a clutch. With just the 2's it would be a nice combo though.

230rwhp ETH +
90hp TST pmax3=
~320 rwhp.
The HTT upgrade doesn't really add power unless you are overfueled.
The OFE is rated to 450hp, so I would say that a Mach 2 would be comfortable in that setup. That would give you about 20hp of wiggle room and you will need that with the extra torque of the EDMs.
I would have gone with the FE so you could run a Mach 3 plus
But I can see why the OFE guys get em for towing.

I've got the edm2s, tstpm3 and the sbc con ofe.
I haven't slipped the clutch yet, but I was still using the stock clutch when I changed it out for sbc. IMHO you can get by with a little more hp without slipping the clutch if you don't get into it below 2,000 rpm.
I haven't run it on a dyno so I don't know the hp I am at now but it was a "good fix" from the rv275s and the banks ottominder
