EDM Delivery Valves
Just curious, From what Ive heard the EDM injectors are above and beyond all others. If this is true, which I dont doubt, why dont "they" use the same EDM process to make delivery valves? Wouldnt it make sense?
Again I am just curious and all replies are welcome

Hmm, maybe there are no spray holes in the delivery valves? 
If you look at the shape of the delivery valve you'll see that it can be produced with other tools easily. EDM is very good for drilling ultra fine holes, machining in cutback areas etc. But it's also rather expensive and a bugger to set up.
