Im going back and forth on this one........Juice or Comp.........just dont know....they may even do away with the COMP!!! They did that to a D-Max box way back when the Juice came out for it......

EDIT: Its actually Clutch or Food? Clutch or Food.........

After having the drag comp and now the hot juice I would definitely vote for the juice.

Personally I couldn't see Edge carrying both the comp and the juice either

Smoke should not be a problem, especially for the Juice. Add the Attitude monitor and you get the 5 levels or power adjustment with the touch of a finger in cab. Thats a nice feature when you want to smoke lots at some times verses saving that fuel at other times.....

Just remember, try it......you'll like it!

I would almost definatly guess that the wire will have to be poked.....The pump cover only does just that...covers it.....you put the stock cover back on...they will not see it unless they pull the stock cover.......

I though the Comp gave you 5 differant levels at the touch of a finger??!

Does the Juice fuel beyond 2700 rpms like the drag comp?

i talked to edge and theres a 6th level on the juice that you have to fill out there form like you did for the drag comp and you get the fuel to 3200 like the drag comp plus they told me a extra 30hp so . this sounds like the thing to have now i cant see the old school comps and drag comps staying in production to much longer with this out .

I did beta testing with edge juice with attitude for my 2001.5.

You do have to pierce the wire of the injection pump, but it is pretty easy and a fairly good connection. Or you could buy a kit that BD makes that will replace the stock top plate of the injection pump with a BD one that has an easy connection. It can also be removed so that your truck can become "dealer friendly" again with removal. I wish I knew about this before I tapped mine, but I guess its too late, or I can try and remove and hide it.

I am waiting for the full version to be sent to me any day. I will aslo get the 6th level unlocked, but won' t use it until I upgrade; tranny, injectors, turbo(s).

Let me know if you have any more ???

i picked mine up yesteday . read thru the manual. i have the vulcan big line kit, and the juice will read fuel pressure, but it connects at the stock banjo bolts at the vp44 and the ff. i dont know if theres fittings to adapt for this or what. i already have fuel pressure gauge but it would also be nice to hook this one up also. called edge they said it could still be used with these connections not used also read that you could use it without piercing the wire, but not all the power. i am going to install it probably monday and will keep posted

I just installed my comp like two weeks ago and then found out the juice came out for the second gens. I'm ordering it and selling the comp. I love it but I need that monitor. Its well worth the price. My question is are all the connections the same except the pyro hookup for the juice? Will the juice connect the same to my pump? Same connections?

Thanks

Thanks[/QUote The connections are the same other than the pyro, trans tmp., fp sender, turbo timer and the power wire ties in under the hood instead of in cab. The juice taps into the same wire as the comp.

I put mine in about 2 weeks ago. The install isn't bad if you know what you are doing. You have to drill and tap the pyro, which is the most difficult thing. Otherwise it's an easy install.

It will roll the smoke if you want it too, thats for sure.
