Ebay converter?

anyone have any info on these? i do not have the cash right now to spend $1000+ on a "real" one. worst case it should hold up for awhile right?

how long will it take waiting with my TC shuddering to wipe the rest of my tranny out? then how much will it cost? and where is the money going to come from?

I would ask the seller some questions and see if they guarantee anything. Talk to them over the phone instead of email. Check their confidence in the product.

If you're looking for a lower priced unit, check out TCI Performance ( www.tciauto.com ). They have been around for a very long time and have an excellent name in the racing scene building race tranny's. They are now building a convertor for newer diesel trucks like ours. They a single disk converter that goes for around $600. I originally found their diesel truck converters on www.rpmoutlet.com
