Yes, locked it up in OD for the pull. Then of course one would forget it's engaged (tapping the brake would have dissengaged it) and the truck starts bucking on the dyno as the tires stopped spinning.

But that didn't happen to me.....

I had a good time yesterday, it was fun to meet everyone and talk trucks and watch them pull on the dyno, it was worth the trip down for sure. My dyno numbers were 458.9hp/1014 ft lbs of torque. That was with the set up in my sig and with a MAD ECM that i was trying out.

I assume you already know this......An HY-35 on a Drag Comp is like a dog lease on an elephant. ANY bigger turbo would be worth 30 more hp. The right amount of air would probably be closer to 45 hp!
The HY-35, over 32 psi boost is actually costing you HP, IMO.

Nice numbers for what you've done so far.

Dog leash on an elephant..LMAO. I'll be doing injectors and turbo in the spring. As well as a Catcher.

The problem we had with CTD2001's truck was that his pump cover was not turned down all the way to pierce the wire. He made a couple of pulls this way before he swapped out the MAD ECM. Had similar numbers to mine.

Made the ECM swap, drove the truck and then turned screw down on the pump cover to make the connection.

He did not make a pull with just the addition of the ECM. And that's too bad, would have been nice to see the numbers the ECM added by itself.

The next time on the Dyno he made the big numbers.

So anyways, I can't answer your question Bob, just figured I'd add this info.

Bob, the Super 40 spools very very fast, practically no turbo lag at all, there is a big big difference between the stock ECM and the MAD ECM. How does the high idle feature work on the MAD ECM? Does it bring up the RPMs at idle when it is a certain temp? I am curious, I have not been out to start the truck today so i was not sure, thanks
