Dual Exhaust 3" or 4"

Ok guys i am thinkng of doing Dual ehaust I curently have 3" straight pipe dumping at the axle i want duals out the rear. A local muffler shop can make me a 3" dual exhaust with 5" chrome tips for 300 dollars. My question is should i spend the extra $ and go with a dual 4" system?? I will NOT be running mufflers! thanks Ian

might as well go with the 4"!no point in going 3

ON my 97, I went with 4" from my turboe back to the muffler, then split to dual 3.5". I just did 4" duals on my 03. jt

I jus cut the muffler and resanator out and put dual 3" pips out behind the duals with 5" tips, I have been wanting to put a 4" pipe in from my turbo back but haven't got around to it, I like mine, but it would be nice to run the 4" all the way, heard it sounds a little better, however it was a lot cheaper to do the 3" and I couldn't find anybody around here that could bend 4". I would go with the 4" but either way you well be happy
