anyone out there with a DSS (http://www.solidsteel.ca/DSS.htm) and lift kit? i called the guys who make this and told them about my lift...2.75" drop brackets for anti-sway bar, nothing between them. guy said it should work fine but when i went to line it up tonight the bracket was at least an inch below the end of the extended pitman nut. am i missing something here? i know the sway bar is not 100% essential, but i live up a canyon with some tight turns-curves-switchbacks and wouldn't mind keeping it on there, just don't see how it could work. will call windecker in morning, but might sleep better if anyone has any info..

It will mount between the sway bar drop-down brackets and the frame. Works fine. I have a 4.5" Skyjacker (and it has the spacers for the sway bar) and it went on with no problem at all.

 

Same here. Just bolt the brace to the frame first and then the drop brackets and it'll work perfectly.

 

Might get better results calling Solid Steel, pretty sure Windecker has closed.
