Are any 4" or 5" exhaust kits available with a Donaldson muffler?

Or is the easiest way to go with one of the 4' straight pipe kits and install the Donaldson instead of the straight pipe?

Has anyone used the straight pipe kit for this??

Call or email Rip Rook at sourceautomotive.biz. He will sell you one of his kits with the muffler of your choice. He will include hangers but you have to weld them to the exhaust.

Basically he does just like you said, has a straight pipe kit and installs a Donaldson or Nelson inline with it.

Rip Rook is a great guy to deal with and his exhaust kits are very inexpensive to begin with. He gave me a quote a while back for adding a 40" Nelson to one of his kits. It added something like $60 to the total cost. He usually will reply to emails within the day.

I've decided to go another route though. Since I already have a 4" exhaust I'm just going to put a 40" Nelson and an offset pipe.

 

Man, Noone else has put a Donalson in place of a straight pipe exhaust system?????
