I'm, running the Espar D5, works good,course its new,but have a question,it sez in the instructions to hook the grey wire, which is no 1 in the shematics to make the lite come on in the 7 day timer with the dash lites,I hooked the grey wire to the + wire comming to the ash tray bulb, and it did turn on with the dash lites but it wouldnt dim when i dimmed the dash lites,(dash lites did dim),I disconnected the grey wire from the + and grounded the grey wire but the lite didnt come on. any suggestions.
