delivery valves

I'd like to do delivery valves on my 94', and was wondering where the cheapest place to buy them is, in Canada. Also what Kind of price would you consider good?

I'm going to have to go with your sig on this one. You need more turbo first. Youe egts will be through the roof with delivery valves.

He might be ok with LC's on a 160 pump. Dave seems quite happy with his on the 175 pump and stock turbo.

Your right foot has alot to do with it.

I have full cuts in a 180 pump and a stock turbo and stock tranny, yes at will I can hit 2500+ degrees and needless to say that would destroy the engine.

And it is useless to have that much fuel and not be able to burn it but it is nice in certain aspects takeoff it is really nice in my case thats where the downfall of the stock tranny comes into play.

Its always better to upgrade in the right order but it is doable as long as you drive knowing what your limits are.

I think full cuts are to much starting with the 180 and 215 pumps. With the 175 pump,I'm having no problems with smoke or high EGT.And the power sure is up there from low right up to WOT.Last dyno I maxed out at 1300 for EGT,but that was running about 95% bio.I would be curious if any one else tried LC or 191 in either a 160 or 175 pumps...???

Forgot to mention of a tweak I did with the LC...My truck has the #10 full forward,AFC mod housing full forward and star screw adjusted abut half ways...Smoke was little more but not that much...A couple of days I adjusted the star screw about a good 25 turns(tighter). The power shot up even more and the clutch said ouch. Now I'm getting less smoke than the stock 131....Would like hear from other 160 and 175 pump guys.....Ordering a clutch today...

Mine is the same way. I think the reason behind the clutch screaming is that you have the turbo lit and are better able to burn the fuel when it finally comes in. I had horrible problems with egts until I built a ghetto plate and adjusted the star wheel a little more than half way in.

The downside is mine runs like a 2 stroke now (has a wicked powerband).

The reason why you are only seeing 1300* at WOT is because of the #10 plate defueling.

Try it with a #100 or #0.

You are not even close to seeing the potential of those full cuts.

I run a set of stock 181 in a 215hp pump with a set of DDP4s (140hp) and my starwheel is tight, afc is setup to max fuel at 25psi, afc is ALL the way back and the pre-boost screw is all the way out.

AND,
I still cant clear rhe smoke with a Silver Bullet 64.

Theres a lot of difference between a 175 and 215 pump. And Brendan is running a 160 pump yet. LC don't have to be hot and smokey. Dialing back the plate is better than running sky high temps and smoking everywhere.

Thats strange...I gained 75HP and 125 lbs/tq...Beside the LC for fuel,I'm running 215 injectors...Maybe each truck is different with the same factory equipment. With the 191,do you pour alot of smoke??
