DDIII's

i am goin to order some DDIII's next week and was wondering if anyone knows what the temps are like on a stock turbo(hy35). i know that they are going to be hot with the box on but as long as i keep it down i should be ok right? justlet me know waht yall think!

my pickup has a edge j/a BHAF str8 pipe factory evey thing else but will be adress soon the fuel system will go on the same day.

Just seen your post,the 3's will make it hot,I put on a 16cm housing still got hot,then blew a HG ported it & now it runs better & alot cooler than b4.
I have a properly valved & should be the same for yours.

What type of tranny do you have in your truck, the automatic will NOT take that much abuse stock. If you are running a stock clutch it will NOT take that abuse either. If your getting up into that horsepower range an HY35 or even an HX35 won't be able to keep stuff cool enough. I would say atleast an S300 or possibly a 62/12 whould be better.
