Codes with Edge EZ

My truck is still on warranty, will an EZ leave any codes a dealer can detect?

mine was into the dealer serveral times and nothing was mentioned to me at all about codes or an ez they did the warrannty work no problem. but the dealer in wake forest NC complained about the AFE said that was a no no and they made a note of it. said that if i had real problems better get it off before i bring it in or no coverage. told me that a truck came in with one on it and they denied coverage!
