Before you buy anything I'd give Kyle Graham a call. He has great prices! Also I heard that the Mad ECM is probably the hot ticket now. Also there are lots of members who use the Edge Comp! And you need to get gages ASP! Have fun!!

rjohnson,

Edge has said that the cheapest a dealer can advertise one of their products is at 10% below msrp. If the dealer advertises & sells the item for less and the customer has warranty issues with it and edge finds out they will cut that distributor off. I believe you can sell the edge product for any price you feel like, just not advertise it that cheap. As and edge product seller, and the owner of a shop, I like this policy. There are alot of guys getting on a dealer list and selling these items way cheaper than the rest of us can because they don't have a shop or any type of overhead. Edge is just trying to level the playing field. I believe banks has done the same thing.

Thanks T-Man

I certainly understand your point of view...and agree with it. I don't believe good local service, with an accountable human being, will ever be replaced by internet sales...not completely. I'm willing to pay a little more to deal locally, when possible.

I guess the Mfg. can sell to anyone they wish...without violating the law. But it still sounds like a form of anti free market price fixing! JMO.

i do think it is unfair for joe blow with a wholesale account on ebay to price undercutting someone who dedicates their time to owning and maintaining a real business.

to be honest with you, i have more and more been turning to the internet for convenience AND price. i could buy locally, waste fuel getting there, waste time standing online, pay 8% sales tax or order online within minutes, free shipping and no sales tax...........

that being said, lowest price? i dont know. I Best place to buy? How about one of our sponsors or local users like http://www.desertdieselparts.com/.

MAP stands for "Minimun Advertized Price". It's a bottom price that someone can ADVERTIZE something at. However, more often than not, if you CALL, you may find you can BUY it for less than MAP.

Regarding the Edge EZ, what would be the proper jumper setting to put it on with stock turbo, 6spd, RV275's, BHAF and exhaust?

No proper or improper setting.....just a question of when you want fueling to come in, and how much smoke you can live with. All three settings end up at the same hp....at WOT.

Setting #1 = 33% of additional fueling @ 0 psi…….100% @ 20 psi Boost
Setting #2 = 50% of additional fueling @ 0 psi…….100% @ 15 psi Boost
Setting #3 = 67% of additional fueling @ 0 psi…….100% @ 10 psi Boost

Your choice, but, when I had an EZ, I found summer driving was easier (smoke control) on #1.

I hear ya. I do it for convenience all the time. Everyone’s time is worth something.

How much longer will Internet sales be tax free??? Big brother needs to get his share too.

I think technically you are supposed to pay sales tax to your home state.

That is only if the sale takes place in your state. If the seller is in california and you are in florida, there is no sales tax. If you are in california and the seller is in california then you have to pay sales tax.
