Who should I go to, or who's willing to help do some work on my '97 12V?

I need the KDP Killed, I need the 4k GSK Installed, valves adjusted, and I need the pump timing set. I'm a car builder/mechanic/jack of all trades but this is my daily and I don't want to jump in blind and get stuck with the truck sitting because of my inexperience with the KDP and P-Pumps. When I first got into these CTD's I had a 1st gen and didn't want to dive right in, so a fellow 1st genner, Cody (NeedMoPower) helped me out in everyway until I fully understood the inner workings of these beasts. We became friends, and he still sings songs to me to this day, hahahaha.

I got cash, beer, stuff for trade, custom/hot rod/fabrication work for trade, turbo stuff, etc. Let's make a deal. I'm in the Austin area, willing to come to you. I'd really rather not go with a shop, due to the fact that I can't afford labor rates these days, but I'll do it if nobody else can help out. I'm still waiting on a the KDP Tab Kit, and 4k GSK Kit, but just putting the feelers out right now.

I'm in the same boat as you. I would like to have a hand on doing some mods to my truck as well (especially timing) but all my buddies work the completely opposite schedule as me and I haven't had a weekend off in FOREVER it seems like . If you end up being close to my area I'll see if I can help...
